Return & Refund Policy

At Robo Tech Valley, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • The item is missing parts not due to our error.
  • The item shows signs of use.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Robo Tech Valley is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Warranty Claims

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
